need help my drive C becomes full #48

so i was trying to install this from git after i use this
-m pip install git+https://github.com/krypton-byte/tiktok-downloader
i realize that my drive C just went to 2 GB when i have 20gb free before i cant find any trace how it can become so full
as you can see it only use 207 GB but on the other side it say it used 222GB
