Update iLO

Update HPE Integrated Lights-Out 4 to the latest version, still in support.

Download the latest iLO 4 from the HP website (currently 2.82).
Unpack the cp053896.exe file using your favorite archiver.

```
Log into the iLO and upload the ilo4_282.bin file in Administration → Firmware.
