markAsFailed even the job doesn't fail

Hi,

it's possibile to mark as fail a job even doesn't fail?

i think the package now set the finished correctly even the job is markerd fail manually.

In one of my job, i don't throw any exception but i wuould like to set the job fail in workflow..

if i try to retrieve WorkflowJob using the stepId with eloquent

/** @var WorkflowJob $workflowJob */
$workflowJob = WorkflowJob::query()->where('uuid', $this->getStepId())->firstOrFail();
$workflowJob->markAsFailed($exception);

after the job is resolved the exception and the timestamp(failed_at) is setted to null 😕
