Edit MM_SCALEUP_RPM_THRESHOLD env variable

Hello,

I would like to change the env variable MM_SCALEUP_RPM_THRESHOLD, which is inside the mm container.
Is there a way to inject the desired values inside the MM_SCALEUP_RPM_THRESHOLD variable?

You can set its value on-the-fly by changing the value of .../config/scaleup_rpm_threshold in the kv-store (ETCD) or change the default value by setting the env var MM_SCALEUP_RPM_THRESHOLD on the runtime-adapter.

@GolanLevy thank you. How can I change the default value by setting the env var MM_SCALEUP_RPM_THRESHOLD on the runtime-adapter through the available YAML files in the repo?
