"Could not connect to server" - .WAR File Unavailable to Download #348
Description
Trying to implement a version to fork a proof of concept for this project, and I am unable to download the .WAR file from:
https://artifactory.ome.ksu.edu/artifactory/ome-appdev-release/edu/ksu/ome/lti/lti-attendance/1.1.8/lti-attendance-1.1.8.war
As denoted in the INSTALL.md file. I cannot connect to the server, no matter what time of day it is. Is this still online?
Is anyone able to supply this file or provide some helpful tips to move forward with implementation? I don't see this hosted in the project, either.
