Introduce continuous deployment

Currently deploy is almost fully automated just need to run `make deploy` to deploy to docker swarm. But it would be nice to deploy directly from GitHub Actions, need to create GitHub Action that will be triggered after success publishing of updated container, workflow should connect to server and trigger deployment
