feat: create Personal Profile page

Each member has a public profile page on the website displaying their profile image, name, and relevant information: LinkedIn, study program, and a short description. The profile page also shows the projects and events the member is or has been involved in. Profiles can be created and maintained by the member themselves or managed by admins.
