Support centralized secrets #64
Description
Current pipelines-feedback-core architecture lets users to specify a secret per namespace to access the SCM secret. In some cases it may be a trouble for the organization to issue so many secrets.
To simplify the setup there is a suggestion to add two additional modes:
- To use a single, default secret from the controller namespace
- To use a secret from controller namespace, but the secret is titled with the team's namespace, so the team has it's own secret, but does not have access to it
