changing "longhorn_volume_size" does not trigger a terraform state change

Hi, not sure if it should do that...
I have a storage pool and started with a small volume, it's full now (loki-minio)
so I wanted to make it bigger and I set it to 20 but a terraform apply does not do anything, it says No changes
Is this wanted behavior? am I doing it wrong? how can I change/ increase the volume? Manually?
