Hcloud Csi thousands of restarts

Hello everyone,
I've a cluster with 3 master and 4 workers.

I'm facing a lot of restarts with CSI

Do you have any idea about how I can debug it? 
Sometimes, after a while the csi pod will stop to restart but I don't know what is the reason behind it. 


I've sometimes issues with the pgpool - postgresql db , the pods are stuck until I restart them. (I don't know if it can be related to this restarts of the csi)
