Automatically lock the node SSH

Description

Currently, unless the user specifies a firewall rule, the SSH port stays open on the nodes, this is not needed and is not a best security pratice.

The idea would be to unlock SSH via hetzner before running terraform, and then on done, relock it. Simple but efficient!
