Adding External Nodes

Hi!

I'm again at a point, where I'd need to add external nodes to the cluster.

What is your opinion on a "disable-private-networking" option where just the nodes public IPs will be used (with flannel-backend: wireguard-native)?

It's an interesting idea, related to #1405 maybe.

I think it would also be possible to do it with Tailscale (which will be introduced in #1760) instead of a private network or public IPs with Wireguard. Then there would be no need to use an additional Wireguard layer as Tailscale by itself uses Wireguard, and it would be even possible to add an on-prem server without a public IP, as Tailscale can work really well with NATs.
