Adding new pools to autoscaler_nodepools

After I deployed my cluster I decided to add new node pools from another locations.

So I added autoscaler-nbg1, autoscaler-hel1. However nothing happens when I run "terraform apply -auto-approve"

I wonder if I'm missing something

@zek Try upgrading with terraform init -upgrade , then terraform apply, and try again!

There was a previous bug that should now be fixed.

You may want to use the hcloud cli to see if the nodes are created but not joining the cluster.
