Learnung Kubernetes Questions

Hello,

first thanks for this great project. I started learning backup, certs etc. and already leaned a lot.
Maybe someone can answer me some questions :)

1. I DR case how to recover the whole cluster ? I have a longhorn system backup so simple create a new cluster mount my S3 and click on recover ?
2. I tried to allow access to rancher only from my static IP. Is that possible ? Other sites hosted behind should be accessible from the whole internet so I only want to protect rancher/longhorn
3. What external IP is the cluster using ? I tried to create a rule to only allow access to my S3 from the kubernetes IPs. But even when I allow all public node IPs + floatingIP + load balancher I cant connect to my S3 -,-. (with any rules to my S3 Port this is working)
4. does longhorn scale well in the hetzner cloud when I deploy more space/workers ?

Maybe someone can help me :) I tried to understand all this stuff in the last 2 weeks but some points are not totally clear to me.
