new month, new set of breaking changes from otel... failed ci in #140
tried following the 0.28 migration guide and new otel example
only solved the Resource change, ProviderBuilder, but still got two problems afaikt from a quick test
i suspect the last issues are a lacking release of tracing-opentelemetry..
