English Live Translation can be provided in community meeting? #250

we can see that there is a community meeting in Europe time,

although i can see the most of the participants speak Chinese, that would be also language barrier for non-Chinese speakers at least for me. the facilitator @Shelley-BaoYue is kind enough to switch the language to take the topics from me, but the other part that i could not understand at all... IMO this is not good environment if kubeedge is aiming at expanding the global community.
i suggest, either English live translation is provided or spoken language would be English... if not, it would be really hard for non-Chinese speakers...
i would love to get feedback on this.
