Dockerfile links on Kubeflow notebooks container images page are broken

Problem

The links to Dockerfiles on the Base Images documentation page do not work.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://www.kubeflow.org/docs/components/notebooks/container-images/#base-images
2. Click any Dockerfile link in the Base Images or Kubeflow Images tables (e.g. ./base)

Expected

Clicking the link should open the corresponding Dockerfile.

Actual

The link leads to a 404 or otherwise incorrect page.
