Issue

We want to manage the storage over the hypervisor instead of only through mounted VM disks. That's why the Proxmox CSI Plugin project could present a very interesting solution.

• Document findings
• Should there still be a usecase for Longhorn, we can leave it installed and document the usecases

A new storageclass for the Proxmox CSI is available on all clusters if we decide to use it. Otherwise the reason we won't is documented.
