Rework System Namespaces #105
Description
Issue
Currently we have been using predefined or somewhat randomly chosen namespaces for operators and system relevant namespaces. This will cause issues in the future. Especially when using a policy enforcement engine like kyverno.
ToDo
- Create a concept for how to organize the operators into system namespaces
- Coordinate with @McKensy in order to rollout changes that have an impact on workloads (especially proxmox-csi)

The new concept is implemented and all operators are running in system namespaces
