What would you like to be added? / User Story:

As you know, pretty much anyone who runs KKP just needs to run a conformance test suite once per Kubernetes release and submit the results for verification to qualify as a "Certified Kubernetes" platform. I would like a toggle to enable / disable displaying the "Certified Kubernetes" logo prominently on the landing page, without having to modify any theme or such. Essentially, if a KKP deployment is officially confirmed to be conformant, and thus Certified Kubernetes, the admins just need to set display_certified_kubernetes_logo = true and then it's proudly shown.

Of course there's also the "Certified AI Platform" logo, so likewise for that.

Ideally, the logos link to an explanatory CNCF page or the CNCF landscape or something.
