[Enhancement]: KubePersistentVolumeFillingUp alert thresholds #1103

@jonsbun

Description

@jonsbun

What's the general idea for the enhancement?

After a few missed storage filling up issues, I started investigating "KubePersistentVolumeFillingUp" alerts.

To me, the default <15% prediction and <3% storage critical capacity thresholds appear to be too low.

In most cases, persistent volume size is small enough, and sometimes it is too late to start investigating something if the alert comes only then, when a few GB of storage is left.

I think that default thresholds should be increased from <15% to <30% and from <3% to <15%. What do you think?

Please provide any helpful snippets.

What parts of the codebase does the enhancement target?
