- bring up CAPZ's management cluster with minimal overhead. The documentation should be as copy paste-able as possible.
- The documentation should delineate clear steps on the make targets to use to bring up their first cluster.
- The documentation should delineate steps on adding their own templates to experiment with CAPZ.
