Plan for release v0.6.0

Some of us are planning to work on the next release of CAPC v0.6.0. Few are keen on adding support for VPC and tracking release items via: https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/cluster-api-provider-cloudstack/milestone/2

Anyone wants to send in PRs or report any blockers?

I have started working on a new release for CAPC. I am currently working on the issues and PRs which are part of https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/cluster-api-provider-cloudstack/milestone/2
Let me know if there is any issue which needs to be fixed or PR which needs to be part of the next release.

@rohityadavcloud @weizhouapache @hrak @g-gaston I am planning to upgrade CAPI to 1.9 (#420) in this release. Do you have any feedback or comments on this?

Fine by me, I don't know if CAPI providers all support upgrades from old CAPI provider to new ones. I think it makes sense to put effort in support the most recent CAPI that supports last 3 latest k8s releases (1.30, 1.31, 1.32) so moving to CAPI 1.9 makes sense.

I think we're almost ready the RC1 has been out for about two weeks now, closing this. We'll release v0.6.0 asap the QA is done!
