Drop map cloning in clustercache

As a developer I would like to remove code which is not needed anymore.

Detailed Description

• 🐛 clustercache: Prevent concurrent map read/write when creating a cache #11707

introduced map cloning to not hit data races.

When CR has a fix and we refer a CR version which has the fix, we should drop that again.

Potential CR fix PR:

• 🐛 cache: clone maps to prevent data race when concurrently creating caches using the same options controller-runtime#3078
