* chore: Fix bad urls

Link https://github.com/kubernetes/apiserver/blob/master/pkg/apis/config/v1alpha1/defaults.go is out of date since k8s.io/{apiserver,apimachinery}/pkg/apis/config is moved to  k8s.io/component-base/config.
