Followup ToDo Action Items from https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/gateway-api-inference-extension/pull/1498 and https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/gateway-api-inference-extension/issues/1593 1) Use the example manifests from a versioned tag rather than main branch (one the next new tag is created) 2) Potentially add example manifests for another use case (eg BBR without EPP).
