Constantly changing / flickering prometheus graphs

I'm using headlamp and prometheus on multimple clusters and see a flickering (every 10s, autoreload) graphs:

Is this normal behavior?

isn't helpful. see the screen shots. there must be something wrong. the graphs should not change so much on refresh.

I know they're refreshing every 10 secs. that's not the problem here.

that's is definitely a bug, opened an issue for it here headlamp-k8s/plugins#217
