Support for air-gapped clusters and private Helm registries

I've just started to look at Headlamp, both with the desktop app and in-cluster. It seems really nice with lots of possibilities for growth, especially as the available plugins expand.

It looks like the app-catalog plugin depends on connectivity to ArtifactHub and does not yet support in-cluster installation. Another use case that would be helpful either with this plugin or a separate one would be to support air-gapped clusters where you are instead pointing at private Helm registries hosted in the likes of Gitlab, Nexus, Artifactory.
