Description

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the impact that the lack of the feature requested is creating.

At the moment we allow applying YAML by pasting/editing it in the Create dialog. However, some users would like to load the YAML directly from a file by loading it from the local machine, or by pointing to a URL.

Describe the solution you'd like

We need a way to load YAML from URL or from a file by having those options in the Create dialog.

What users will benefit from this feature?

Users who will be able to more easily get their YAML into Headlamp without having to download+open+copy it.

Update: Mockups from Aishwarya Ghatole, LFX mentee:

Editor in Headlamp with the new functionality to load from file or URL After clicking the button to upload a YAML file After choosing files Choosing to load from URL instead

Important: The UI is not supposed to look exactly like these mockups. Instead we should base the behavior, alignment, etc. on these.
