Redirect when missing trailing slash #355
Description
If we have an exact/prefix path for /abc/, seding a request to /abc will respond with a 301 to /abc/ instead of a 404. I really feel like this is an edge case that we can emit a warning for. I don't think anybody really wants this behaviour.
