Track and promote external plugins that integrate with Kubebuilder

What do you want to happen?

Start tracking external plugins that integrate with Kubebuilder, so the community can discover and use them.

This issue will act as a tracker. Later, we can link it from the docs under a new “External Plugins” or “Ecosystem” section.

Note: We should create a doc section to promote external plugins built on top of Kubebuilder.

Why?

Many developers are using Kubebuilder as a library to build plugins — often for other languages or scaffolding styles.

Tracking them helps:

• Give visibility to community projects
• Help users find compatible tools
• Encourage collaboration
• Support future doc updates
