add a networks check for new installations of vbox, and support coffeshop internet

So, we need a way to initalize valid networks for vbox on startup, something like

append to /etc/vbox/networks.conf

* 10.0.0.0/8 192.168.0.0/16
* 2001::/64

only effects first time users, could be done in the makefile i guess .

ALSO we need to add to controlplane.sh, something that sets /etc/resolv.conf 8.8.8.8
