+      - Intent to step down / nominate a new lead
+        - If nominating a new lead:
+          - 1-2 lines about why they are being nominated, and links to any potential meeting notes where the change was
+            discussed.
+          - Contacts to privately reach out to for questions (current leads) or concerns (current leads +
