add topologySpreadConstraints to deployments

### What would you like to be added?

There is the _topologySpreadConstraints_ option missing in the values and deployments.
Add _topologySpreadConstraints_ for each deployment separately as it needs different label selectors.

### Why is this needed?

For using in HA,  spreading pods between e.g. zones is necessary
