Support for Proxy Protocol with Header Injection (Similar to HAProxy)

Support the ability to inject proxy protocol headers that carry client connection metadata (e.g., source IP, port, protocol version).
there is use-proxy-protocol: "true", but it is just to parse Proxy Protocol headers when traffic comes from a load balancer .

This issue is currently awaiting triage.

If Ingress contributors determines this is a relevant issue, they will accept it by applying the triage/accepted label and provide further guidance.
