Support kube_job_status_ready metrics

What would you like to be added:

kube_job_status_ready metric

Why is this needed:

like kube_job_status_active (both pending && running), but with ready pods only.
kube_job_status_ready can help observe the real running status of job.

I am willing to provide pr for this.

This issue is currently awaiting triage.

If kube-state-metrics contributors determine this is a relevant issue, they will accept it by applying the triage/accepted label and provide further guidance.
