Isn't this migrating an existing repo (https://github.com/NVIDIA/k8s-dra-driver-gpu)?
If so - please review the rules for donating repos: https://github.com/kubernetes/community/blob/master/github-management/kubernetes-repositories.md#rules-for-donated-repositories

Also - the majority of people listed for those that should be approvers are not org members and don't have activity in the k8s project. While we do have some leeway with adding people when we import a repo, that is A LOT of people. Please pair down the list to 6~ total.

We're aware of the requirements for migrating the existing repository and are working with @dims to ensure all prerequisites are addressed before proceeding with the actual migration. I'll update the issue once the repo is fully ready and will coordinate the migration with the NVIDIA GitHub admins. I will also update the approvers list to 6 as you recommended.
