Fix graph image in blog post

The current text (below the graph) says "Notably, at approximately 16:40, the
server crashed when serving only 16 informers."

The graph doesn't contain 16:40, nor does it crash at 16 informers.

I assume the correct image is the one that is incuded in the KEP, over here: https://github.com/kubernetes/enhancements/blob/master/keps/sig-api-machinery/3157-watch-list/README.md#motivation
