What would you like to be added
Document the annotations used on ReplicaSets, as part of the implementation of the Deployment API.

Why is this needed
The Deployment API relies on some (currently) unregistered and undocumented annotations, including:

• deployment.kubernetes.io/revision
• deployment.kubernetes.io/desired-replicas
• deployment.kubernetes.io/max-replicas

Well-Known Labels, Annotations and Taints serves … as a coordination point for assigning values.

We should register and document these annoations.
