What would you like to be added
Register the label node.alpha.kubernetes.io/ttl in Well-Known Labels, Annotations and Taints.

Why is this needed

Well-Known Labels, Annotations and Taints serves … as a coordination point for assigning values.

It's tidy to register all the annotations we use or have used. The minikube tool still sets this label, for example.

So, we should register it.
