Refactor TestTrigger.spec.event to accept a list #5054
Description
In order to cover event values of created and modified, multiple CRDs would need to be created. Perhaps this key can be factored into a list? Of course, I'd understand any reluctance as the proposal would imply sharing other properties like concurrentPolicy which may be undesirable and justify further refactoring.
