[TKC-4637] Add MCP Resources for TestWorkflow examples

Read the README.md from the root "test" folder. It contains a lot of examples of TestWorkflows.
Explore options for providing yaml examples to the MCP server using MCP Resources.
The goal is to make sure AI agents understand the schema of TestWorkflow before calling the tools for creating or editing workflows.
