HelmRelease error installing dex addon #686
Description
When I install dex the workflow never succeeds and the HelmRelease resource is unhealthy with this error: Message: failed to verify artifact: invalid checksum digest format.
Dex seems to be up and functional, but it usually gets brought down after a while and I suspect the reason is because of this error.
