Remove `networking.advertisedAddress` from the Dataplane object

Description

Since we've moved zone ingress back to the Dataplane resource the field advertisedAddress can be confusing as it won't have any effect for ingress.

The field covers a quite niche Universal use case and I believe can be removed in the next major version.
