I don't see any popsicle.AudioPluginFormatManager, so I assume it's not yet possible to load plugins? Is this project still under development? I see the last updates were 9 months ago. I would very much like to see this project finished. I could use it to make the program I want to make to script music (and also input notes or effect parameters as the song is playing and remember them) in Python.

The project is not dead as i'm currently maintaining it but development has transitioned away from it on a much more ambitious project. If you want to contribute i'm happy to apply changes and merge PRs
