通用设置界面未显示设置选项

frpc 使用的是 https://github.com/kuoruan/openwrt-frp

因为存最新版frpc存在 kuoruan/openwrt-frp#31 这个错误，所以使用的是 0.37.1-1 版本

安装时有以下报错

root@OpenWrt:/tmp/tmp# opkg install luci-app-frpc_1.2.1-1_all.ipk
