Container 'Backend' takes exactly 10 seconds to shut down

When shutting down the Docker Compose application, the 'Backend' container will consistently take about 10 seconds to shut down. No idea why this is happening, but it is (you can still force shut down the application by pressing Ctrl + C twice).
