Bongo Cat window size #190

hello there!
I bet it is a very common mistake but Im completly new to this and dont have any clue what to do. I want to costumize the bongo cat for my friend and needed to change the size of the picture in order to draw the hair. But Know i got this (image attached) and dont know how to fix it :'). If somebody could explained it to me, i would be very happy! (but please remember, I am a lil dummy and dont have a clue what im actually doing ^^')
