It will be helpful if u provide a comprehensive tutorial.

1. In order to optize US parameters shall I need to executive an unbiased MD simulation? If so how much time I need to run? Or shall I analize that, the system achieve equilibrium?

2. What type of software it supports like Gromacs or Amber or something else.

3. Can I run it in my lab workstation or I need to use HPC.
