Audio hangs/freezes for 1-2 seconds on device connect/disconnect.

Bug description
The audio cuts out and Element UI hangs/freezes for 1-2 seconds during device connection/disconnection (be it USB, Bluetooth or even a mapped network drive).

To Reproduce
This seems to happen only with a somewhat complex session file (eg. ~25 VST plugins, some nested in KV Element subgraphs).

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Win10 1909
• Version [e.g. 22]

Additional context
Element is being connected to Voicemeeter ASIO driver.
I tested isolating every single VST plugin involved, restarting Element with a fresh session, connecting the VST to input and output, then trying to connect/disconnect a device, and the issue doesn't subsist.
I tried reproducing the same configuration of VSTs on Cantabile and the issue doesn't subsist either.

So far I haven't been able to reproduce this. Going to have another look before 0.45 is done though.
